🇮🇹  E' possibile effettuare il reso entro 14 giorni effettivi dalla data di consegna riportata nel tracking del corriere. Gli articoli resi devono essere come consegnati, quindi non usati ne danneggiati, nelle stesse condizioni di come sono stati consegnati. Non bisogna rimuovere le etichette del prodotto ne la nostra etichetta. Il costo della spedizione di reso è a carico del cliente. Il rimborso avverrà sullo stesso metodo di pagamento utilizzato per l'ordine, verrà rimborsato il costo dell'acquisto escluso le spese di spedizioni, il rimborso avverrà entro 5/7 giorni lavorativi dalla ricezione del reso. Se una o più delle condizioni sopra indicate non saranno rispettate il reso non sarà accettato ed il rimborso non sarà possibile. Per avviare un reso puoi contattarci dalla sezione "CONTATTI".

🇬🇧  It is possible to return within 14 actual days from the delivery date reported in the courier tracking. The returned items must be as delivered, therefore not used or damaged, in the same conditions as when they were delivered. It is not necessary to remove the product labels or our label. The cost of the return shipment is at the customer's expense. The refund will be made on the same payment method used for the order, the cost of the purchase will be refunded excluding shipping costs, the refund will be made within 5/7 working days from receipt of the return.
